Build 458

  • Fixed an issue where reimbursements could not be exported if no document image was attached.

  • Resolved an issue where invoices failed to sync to Sage Intacct due to an invalid attachment ID.

Build 459

  • Fixed an error where invoices with no vendor assigned were not appearing in the AP Invoice Aging Summary page.

Build 460

  • Resolved a sync failure when invoices already existed in Document Flow, caused by a null reference error.

  • Fixed a calculation issue where Unit Cost values were miscalculated during invoice data entry.

Customer Enhancements

Build 458

  • Added a new “CC #” column in the Distribution Worksheet. Users can enable it from Settings > Show/Hide Columns.

  • Updated the Invoice Inquiry page so the Filters modal no longer opens automatically.

Build 459

  • When coding invoices under the Top-Level Entity in Sage Intacct, users can now select any Private Location.

  • PDF attachments now appear correctly in Sage Intacct for invoices linked to commitments.

Build 460

  • Invoices with applied credits now reflect those credits when determining open or paid status in the Aging Summary.

  • Applied credits are now displayed beneath the payment data and included in the total balance in the Document Viewer.

  • Resolved a scroll issue affecting visibility on the Labor Export error log page.

Build 460

  • Fixed an issue where name changes in Viewpoint Vista were not syncing to hh2.

  • Fixed an issue where the Signature statement showed incorrect totals for bi-weekly timesheets.

  • Corrected formatting in the PDF Time Sheets report to prevent overlapping sections.

  • Fixed a geofencing issue where punches could not be retrieved if the job had no address.

  • Users can now export Time Sheets to a specific Private Entity in Sage Intacct. A new “Entity” field is available on the Labor Export page. (Requires sync client version 640.)

  • The Project Manager employee code now syncs when jobs are imported from Sage Intacct to hh2.

  • Job addresses now sync from Sage Intacct to hh2, using the “Ship To” contact’s address.

  • Item-level fields (Item, Location, Department) from Purchase Orders and Subcontracts now sync from Sage Intacct.

  • Certified job status now syncs from Sage 300 CRE and Sage 100 Contractor into hh2.

  • Fixed an issue where new customers synced from Sage 300 to Autodesk were incorrectly assigned the wrong Trade value.

  • When exporting purchasing invoices to Sage Intacct, the Billable and Customer fields are now auto-populated based on the purchasing line item.

  • Fixed an issue where unit values from owner change orders weren’t syncing correctly for contract items with lump sum billing type in Sage 300 CRE.

  • A new Credit Applied field has been added to invoice endpoints, allowing developers to see how much credit has been applied to an invoice.

  • Corrected an issue with the autosync process not working as intended for entity data syncing from Sage Intacct to hh2.

  • Resolved a problem where sub-job names from PCIs were syncing incorrectly from CMiC.

  • Fixed a bug where invoice attachments were not displayed in Sage Intacct when the invoice was linked to a commitment.

  • Ensured the "Address Line 3" field for vendors now syncs correctly from Sage Intacct to hh2.

  • Added support for syncing additional PCI types from CMiC.

  • Improved syncing of retainage percent and job number from Sage Intacct commitments.

Note: Some of the updates included in this release—particularly those related to Commitment Items and Job data in Sage Intacct—may require a manual sync to take effect in hh2.
