Document Flow

New Features and Enhancements

  1. Invoice OCR Expansion: We have expanded support for file types in our invoice OCR functionality to improve efficiency for users handling invoice entry. Now, in addition to the currently supported file types (.pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff), the system supports .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx files for auto-capturing fields from invoice images.
  2. New "On Hold" Invoice Status Filter: AP Manager users can now search for "On Hold" invoices using a new status filter on both the Invoice List and Invoice Inquiry pages. This filter allows AP Managers to efficiently manage invoices that are on hold, while integrating seamlessly with existing filters like Vendor and Date Range. Non-AP Manager users do not have access to this filter unless permissions allow.
  3. DF New "On Hold" Invoice Status Filter for Invoice Inquiry: AP Manager users can now use a new status filter to search for "On Hold" invoices on the Invoice Inquiry page. This addition provides greater visibility into In Progress invoices currently on hold, helping AP Managers to manage workflows more efficiently. Like the Invoice List, this "On Hold" filter integrates seamlessly with other filters such as Vendor and Date Range and is exclusively available to AP Manager users.

Customer Reported Bugs

  1. Credit Card Transaction CSV Import: Fixed an issue where occasionally the Accounting Date, Due Date, and Discount Date fields were not automatically populating based on the Invoice Date during credit card transaction CSV imports.
  2. Commitments Fix: Fixed an issue preventing new Commitments from being created when accessing Jobs from the Homepage.

  1. Location Update: Fixed an issue where the location field did not automatically update when changing the job on a new or existing field report log.

iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)

New Features and Enhancements

  1. API Invoice Retrieval: Corrected an issue where the API endpoint for retrieving invoices failed in returning appropriate records.

Customer Reported Bugs

  1. API Cost Code Retrieval: Addressed an issue causing the API endpoint for Standard Cost Codes to fail to return all records.
  2. Budget Pay App Syncing: We resolved this syncing issue from Autodesk to hh2 due to Materials Billed Amount was not included in the Total Amount. hh2 now supports the Materials Billed Amount columns with Work Completed Amount to calculate Total Amount when syncing from Autodesk to hh2.
  3. AR Invoice Payment Sync: We resolved the issue when attempting to sync AR Invoice Payments from Sage 300 it would trigger the "Date must not be MinValue" error. AR Invoice Payments now successfully sync from Sage 300 into hh2. This work was reported specifically by BuildOps.
  4. Sync Management Version Display: This work was done to ensure the "version" field in the version API shows what version of Sage 300 the client is on. This work is specific to those partners who use our Version API (Procore, Kojo & potentially others) to see what version of sage their customer is using.
  5. Scope of Work Field Truncation: This work was done to truncate the "scope of work" field for when using the new commitment API syncing a commitment change order. Previously syncs would silently fail if a "scope of work" description was 301 characters to 1000 characters, now any "scope of work" description that exceeds 300 characters will be truncated and successfully sync to Sage 300.

Sync Client for iPaaS Partners 

New Features & Enhancements 

  • Sync Client Release: We're excited to announce the release of the new Sync Client version 1.31.630.0, which accompanies the web app version 24.07.449.5. This update includes significant improvements and stability enhancements specifically for Intacct and Acumatica, optimizing LINQ expressions for better performance and reliability. Additionally, we've expanded our test coverage to enhance the stability of both the sync client and our Sage 300 Web API client.

Important Actions Post-Release 

  • Version Check and Update Instructions: Please verify that you are running the latest version of the Sync Client.  
  • Note on Sage 300 Incorrect ERP Version Bug: It's crucial to update to this new version of the Sync Client as it addresses the issue where the Sync Management site was displaying incorrect ERP versions for Sage 300. This fix ensures accurate data synchronization and system integrity.
