      Mobile Release, February 13th, 2025

      Discover the latest hh2 mobile updates, including improved job syncing, enhanced receipt handling, restored favorites in Document Flow, and critical bug fixes across iOS and Android.

      iOS

      Remote Payroll (Version 1.305.14)

      Bug Fixes

      • Users Unable to Add Jobs to Timesheets
        Fixed an issue preventing users from adding jobs to timesheets.

      • Unable to Add Users to Payroll Groups
        Resolved a bug that affected adding users to Payroll Groups.

      • Invalid Warning on Punch Out
        Fixed an issue where an invalid warning appeared when adding a valid Punch Out.

      • Breaks Not Updating in View/Edit Screen
        The punch history screen now refreshes properly to display updated breaks.

      • Users Unable to Add Newer Jobs to Timesheets
        Improved job loading to ensure newer jobs display correctly.

      • Unable to Select Child Jobs on Weekly/Daily Timecard
        Fixed the way child jobs are loaded in timecards.

      Document Flow (Version 1.212.17)

      Enhancements

      • Receipt Picklist Favorites Return
        Users can now favorite coding selections on a device. This is device-specific and does not sync across devices.

      Bug Fixes

      • Receipts Not Associated with an Invoice Warning Not Showing
        Fixed an issue where the warning did not appear when the "Warn on Receipt" setting was enabled.

      • Not All User Receipts Displaying in App
        Increased the receipt display time window to one year.

      • Approve Button Missing on Commitment Overdrawn Warning
        Fixed an issue where the Approve button was not appearing under certain vendor settings.

      • Invoice Approval Showing Incorrect Header and Distribution Data
        Fixed an issue where approving an invoice updated the image but not the header and distribution details.

      • Reject/Dispute/Delete Actions Not Showing Enabled on First Attempt
        Resolved an issue where these actions were not immediately available after entering a reason.

      • Unable to Submit Receipts Without Exiting and Reopening
        Improved receipt submission experience by ensuring receipts save to the server before allowing conversion.

      Bug Fixes

      • Incorrect Time Zones Displayed
        Fixed an issue where time zones were displaying incorrectly.

      • Jobs Not Syncing Without Multiple Manual Syncs
        Improved job syncing reliability to reduce the need for multiple manual sync attempts.

      Document Flow (Version 1.128.7)

      Bug Fixes

      • Receipt Coding Not Displaying Properly
        Resolved an issue where added coding was not showing correctly on the receipt card.

      • "No Configurations Found!" Error Preventing Receipt Creation
        Fixed missing distribution fields that were preventing receipts from being created.

      • GL Account Picklist Displaying All Accounts
        Fixed an issue where all GL accounts were appearing in the picklist instead of the filtered selection.

      • App Crashing When Selecting Commitment
        Fixed a crash occurring when selecting commitments.

      • Cloud Icon Incorrectly Appearing on Receipt List Screen
        Removed an unnecessary cloud icon on the receipt list screen.

      • Issues with Switching Users
        Fixed problems with switching user accounts within the app.

      • App Crashing When Deleting the Last User
        Now prompts a login instead of crashing when the last user is deleted.

      • Camera and Photo Library Redirecting Users to Invoice List
        Fixed an issue where users were incorrectly redirected to the invoice list after updating receipt images.

      App Crashing When Importing Images from Files
      Fixed a crash that occurred when selecting images from the "Import from Files" option.

      Remote Payroll (Version 1.219.4)

      Enhancements

      • New Setting to Require Employee Code
        A new setting has been added as part of the PIN feature, requiring employees to enter a PIN when punching in.

      • Require Employee Code When Selecting Employee
        Employees must now enter a PIN when selecting their profile, adding an extra layer of security.

      Bug Fixes

      • Punch Out Without Punch In – Add Coding Popup Not Showing
        Fixed an issue where the add coding popup was not appearing when users added a punch out without a prior punch in.

      • Required Job Icon and Warning Showing When Geofence is OFF
        Resolved an issue where the required job icon and warning incorrectly displayed even when the Geofence setting was turned off.

      • Manual Punch Outs Getting Incorrect Date
        Fixed an issue where manually added punch outs were incorrectly assigned to the current date instead of the intended date.

      • App Crashing When Clicking "ADD" in Punch Clock Records
        Addressed a crash that occurred when tapping "ADD" in the View/Edit Punch Clock Records screen.

      Remote Payroll (Version 1.305.14)

      Bug Fixes


        • App Crashing When Using "ADD" in Time Entry Modules
          Fixed an issue where the app crashed when tapping "ADD" in the Weekly Time Card, Time Entry, and Approval modules.
