  • Missing Icons in Receipt Coding Lists: Reinstated the Sort, Refresh, and Clear buttons within Receipt coding pickers.

  • Alternate Queue Visibility for Shared Credit Cards: Receipts linked to shared credit cards now correctly appear in the Alternate Receipt queue.

  • Vendor Change Confirmation Popup: Users are now consistently prompted to confirm vendor changes when manually updating a Receipt.

  • Expense Account Selection Fix: Resolved an issue preventing Expense Account selection when the “Clear Expense Account” setting was enabled alongside cost code/category selection.

  • Distributions Not Saving on Receipt Save: Fixed an error that cleared out distribution coding when saving a Receipt.

  • Assigned Credit Cards Not Showing: Fixed an issue where assigned credit cards were not appearing in the Receipt selection list.

  • Incorrect Category Availability: Fixed an issue where disabled categories still appeared for selection based on system settings.

  • Create Distribution Button Not Working: Resolved an issue where the create distribution button wouldn’t work after deleting a distribution.

  • Create Distribution Button Not Working: Addressed a problem where the “Create Distribution” button became unresponsive after deleting a distribution.

  • Improved Receipt Matching View: Users can now more easily view Receipts already attached to an Invoice and filter available Receipts to attach.

  • Vendor Prompt When Missing: Users are now prompted to select a vendor before creating a distribution if one hasn't been coded.

  • Cost Code and Category Not Populating with Commitments: Resolved an issue where cost code and category fields did not auto-populate when coding to a commitment item.

  • Split Distributions Not Syncing: Fixed an issue where new or split distributions were not appearing in the app or syncing to the web.

  • Missing Save Option for Reimbursements: The Save and Create New Receipt option is now available for reimbursement receipt types.

  • Login Crash After User Deletion: Resolved a crash that occurred after logging out of all users and attempting to log in again within the same session.

  • GL Account Visibility: Fixed an issue where GL Accounts assigned to AP Groups or GL Managers were not showing during receipt coding.
