This update introduces many new features, enhancements, and resolutions to issues reported by customers across various modules, including Remote Payroll, Document Flow, Human Resources, and ERP systems.

ERP  

Customer Reported Bugs 

  • Jobs Sync for Bermuda: Users can now sync Jobs with the state designation of Bermuda to and from Sage.  
  • Sage 300 and Procore Invoice Reconciliation: We've resolved the reconciliation issues when exporting invoices from hh2 to Sage 300. Now, invoices triggered by Procore are properly archived. 
  • Improved API Error Messages: Partners using our APIs to export AR Invoices will now see more user-friendly error messages. 

 

Remote Payroll 

New Features & Enhancements 

  • Reporting Enhancement for Sage300 Customers: Sage300 customers can now include an employee’s default equipment code within the Labor Export file and Labor Detail excel and PDF reports. 

Customer Reported Bugs Fixed 

  • Punch Time Entry: Users can once again enter punch times within the Attendance Worksheet page using military time format (e.g., 15:00). 
  • Inactive Jobs Filter Removed: When editing a punch-in record’s coding via the new Punch Clock system, inactive jobs no longer display for selection. 

 

Field Reports 

Customer Reported Bugs Fixed 

Improved Daily Log Access: Fixed an intermittent issue where jobs were failing to add to field report users for Daily Log access. 

 

Document Flow  

Customer Reported Bugs Fixed 

  • Vendor Information Preservation in Receipt Type Changes: Fixed an issue where Receipts were losing the Vendor information when users without assigned credit cards attempted to change the receipt type to Company Card from Reimbursement. 
  • Vendor Change Restriction: Changes to the vendor on a Company Card receipt will now populate from the credit card transaction summary. 

 

Human Resources 

New Features & Enhancements 

  • Improved Accruals Configuration Page: Enhanced the Accruals Configuration Page for better user productivity with faster loading times, a refreshed user interface, and a more seamless setup process for managing PTO.
