How to complete a manual sync update (April 2025)

Learn how to run a sync in hh2 to apply recent Sage Intacct updates to commitment items and job data from the latest release (April 2025). Simple steps included.

This sync guidance applies to updates included in the April 17, 2025 release.

If you use Sage Intacct and noticed recent updates to Commitment Items or Job data, you may need to run a sync to see the changes reflected in hh2.

This includes updates to:

  • Commitment Item fields like Unit Cost, Description, Item, Location, and Department

  • Job Address fields from Sage Intacct

These updates were part of our latest release and may require a manual sync to pull in the latest data.


How to Run the Sync

  1. From the Home page in hh2, select Accounting Sync.


  2. Click the Filter option.

3.     Choose the relevant entity (e.g., Commitment Items or Jobs).

4.    Run a shallow sync, but extend the date range far enough back to include the updates you need. Choose the Apply Settings button to complete the update.
