We've focused on enhancing the functionality and resolving key issues across our product suite to improve your overall experience. Below are the key updates organized by product. 

Document Flow 

Customer Reported Bugs 

  • Invoice Reconciliation: Fixed an issue where invoices were incorrectly getting deleted (archived) instead of being moved back to Final Review status upon selecting "Reconcile > Move back to Final Review". Now, the correct actions are taken based on the state of the invoice in Sage 300. 
  • Credit Card Transaction Import: Fixed an issue where importing a credit card transaction CSV would fail if the card number contained dashes and the Card Number Format setting in the Card Group was set to "Alphanumeric". 

Feature Enhancements 

  • Enhanced File Upload Transition: As part of our ongoing enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of Document Flow, we’re transitioning to a more advanced platform. During this update, users who upload .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx files for invoices will need to temporarily convert these files to PDF before uploading. This adjustment ensures a seamless transition as we continue to optimize the platform for your needs. 
    Please note, other file types, including PDFs, TIFFs, and images, remain fully supported and unaffected by this change. We appreciate your understanding as we make these improvements to serve you better. 

Field Reports 

Customer Reported Bugs 

  • Daily Logs Auto-Finalization: Fixed an issue where Field Reports Daily Logs were not auto-finalizing according to the system setting Auto-Finalize Logs, allowing users to edit logs past their accepted finalization date. 

hh2 Platform 

Feature Enhancements 

  • Platform Navigation Update: Updated the colors of the side Navigation bar and Header bar to reflect the new hh2 colors. 

Sync Client for iPaaS Partners 

New Features & Enhancements 

  • Sync Client Release: We're excited to announce the release of the new Sync Client version 1.31.624.0, which accompanies the web app version 24.07.422.6. This update includes key improvements and stability enhancements. 

Important Actions Post-Release 

  • Version Check and Update Instructions: Please verify that you are running the latest version of the Sync Client.  
  • If your system has not updated automatically:
