- New Filter Added at User Setup Page: A new filter has been added to the Field Reports User Setup page, allowing you to easily toggle between Active and Inactive users for better management.
Document Flow
Customer Reported Bugs- Distribution Worksheet: Resolved an issue where the Distribution Worksheet page was incorrectly displaying multiple distribution entries instead of just one.
- Invoice Rejection: Fixed a problem that was preventing users from rejecting invoices directly from the Distribution Worksheet page.
- Receipts Page Logic: We’ve aligned the logic of which receipts display under each tab on the Receipts page to be consistent with the mobile experience including:
- My Receipts: Displays receipts created by you.
- Alternate: Shows receipts submitted by another user for a credit card you share.
- All Receipts: (Available to AP Manager users) Provides a full view of all receipts submitted by any user.
- Receipts Pagination: Users can now view all their receipts more effectively with the addition of pagination on the Receipts page. Instead of being limited to 100 receipts, scrolling to the bottom of the page will automatically load 99 more, ensuring full visibility.

Customer Reported Bugs
- Sage 300 Employee Data Sync: We’ve fixed an issue where the zip code and city information associated with an employee’s payroll record in Sage 300 weren’t syncing correctly with hh2. Now, this data syncs seamlessly into the hh2 HR Employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sage Intacct Commitment Items Sync: We've added support for additional financial fields from Sage Intacct. The following fields now sync into hh2: Original Amount, Approved Changes, Total Amount, Posted Invoices, Original Units, Approved Unit Changes, Revised Units, and Invoiced Units. This enhancement provides a more complete view of your financial data within hh2.
