Enhancements

  • Punch Clock: GPS and Photo Retention on Edits
    A new setting in Punch Clock allows users to retain GPS location and photos when editing punch times.

  • Improved Mobile Punch Clock Performance
    The Mobile Punch Clock API has been optimized to reduce loading times when syncing punches from the mobile app to the server.

Bug Fixes

  • Punch Clock Error When Adding Multiple Employees
    Fixed an issue where adding punches for multiple employees caused an error message, even though the punches successfully synced.

  • Signature Agreement Not Displaying Correctly
    Resolved a bug that prevented some customers from viewing the correct Signature Agreement after updating their settings with Support.

  • CMiC Labor Export Data Not Syncing
    Fixed an issue where labor export data was not syncing correctly to CMiC.


Document Flow

Enhancements

  • New Invoice List Filters: Amount Range
    Users can now filter invoices by a specified minimum and maximum amount in both the Invoice List and Invoice Inquiry pages.

  • Updated UI Colors in Document Flow
    Buttons and modals throughout Document Flow—including the Distribution Worksheet, Invoice Aging Summary, Invoice List, and Document Library—now reflect the latest hh2 color scheme.

Bug Fixes

  • Saved Filters Disappearing on Invoice List Page
    Fixed an intermittent issue where saved filters would sometimes disappear from the Invoice List selection.

Pay Stubs

  • Pay Stubs Not Generating
    Fixed an issue where some employees could not generate pay stubs despite having posted pay data.

ERP Integrations

  • Data Drop Values Not Updating
    Fixed an issue where boolean values in custom fields within Field Reports were not reflecting changes made in Data Drop.

Bug Fixes

  • Foundation: Child Job Sync Failure
    Fixed an issue where child jobs from Foundation with a job number starting with "1" were not syncing properly. All child jobs now sync as expected.

  • Spectrum: Job Reconcile Not Deactivating Cost Codes
    Resolved an issue where deactivating a cost code in Spectrum did not automatically deactivate it in hh2. The system now ensures that deactivated cost codes in Spectrum are reflected in hh2 after syncing.

  • Autodesk: Commitment Change Order Sync Issue
    Commitment change order items from Autodesk now successfully sync into Sage, resolving previous failures due to character limit restrictions.

  • Autodesk: Vendor Codes Exceeding Character Limits
    Improved error messaging when a vendor code in Autodesk exceeds Sage’s 10-character limit, providing clearer guidance for users.

  • Autodesk: Vendor State Sync Issue
    Fixed a bug where the "state" field for vendors in Autodesk was not syncing correctly to Sage. This information now syncs properly.

  • Autodesk Invoice Sync Issue for Sage 300 CRE
    Fixed an issue where cost payment applications with sub-items failed to sync to Sage 300 CRE due to mismatched distribution totals.


Sync Client Updates 1.31.638.0

  • Sage 300 Vendor Status Sync Fix
    Fixed an issue where vendor inactive status failed to sync in some Sage 300 CRE environments. This vendor property will now sync correctly regardless of the Sage version.

    • Sync Recommendation for Sage 300 Users
      After updating the Sync Client, Sage 300 users should perform a deep sync for vendors to ensure proper synchronization if vendor status updates are not reflecting correctly. If issues persist, please contact hh2 Support for assistance.
