This fix ensures that the Sync Client recognizes the updated domain and allows for successful syncing, although initially, not all entities may sync completely.
  • Message Broker Factory Error Fix: Improvements have been made to resolve issues related to the message broker factory, enhancing reliability and sync performance.

Steps to Implement Fix

  1. Log in to the Sync Client.
  2. Navigate to Local Connections > Tenant Domain and type in the new URL.
  3. Check the "Is Multi Tenant" box.
  4. Perform a shallow sync on the Sync page to start syncing entities.
