This release brings enhanced features and fixes to Remote Payroll, Document Flow, iPaaS, and ERP integrations.
Remote Payroll
Enhancements:
Equipment Time Record Entry Updates: We've updated various buttons and modals across the Remote Payroll platform to reflect our new hh2 color scheme. This update is part of our ongoing effort to enhance user experience and is visible in the Equipment Time Record Entry, Equipment Time Approval, Labor Detail, System Settings, and Payroll User pages.
New Features:
Auto Archiving Signatures: A new feature, "Clear Signature," has been added to the Remote Payroll System Settings. This functionality ensures that if an employee's recorded time is edited after they have signed off for the pay period, their signature will be cleared, requiring re-signature to confirm the updated entries.
Bug Fixes:
Pay Period Lock/Unlock Permissions: We have corrected an issue within the Time Approval page where previously, all users could lock and unlock pay periods. Now, this capability is restricted solely to users with the Payroll Manager permission.
Document Flow
Bug Fixes:
Commitment Picklist Search Bar Fix: We have resolved an issue where the search bar in the Web AP Invoice distribution was failing to yield results when coding to an invoice. This fix will improve the accuracy and efficiency of invoice processing.
iPaaS
Bug Fixes:
Message Broker Factory Error: We have addressed the "Message Broker Factory Error" that was triggered during invoice exports. This resolution will help ensure a more stable and reliable export process.
ERP Integration
Bug Fixes:
Autodesk Job Sync: We have fixed a bug where jobs created in Autodesk were failing to sync to hh2, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
Sage 300 - Employee Email Address Sync: We have corrected an issue where employee email addresses were not properly syncing during all-time syncs with Sage 300. Now, all employee information, including email addresses, will sync correctly when all sub-mappings are enabled in the sync client.
