This release brings enhanced features and fixes to our Remote Payroll, iPaaS, and ERP platforms.
Remote Payroll
Enhancements:
- Equipment Time Record Entry Updates: We've updated various buttons and modals across the Remote Payroll platform to showcase our new hh2 color scheme. This enhancement affects the Equipment Time Record Entry, Equipment Time Approval, Labor Detail, System Settings, and Payroll User pages, enhancing your overall experience with a fresh look.
- New Auto Archiving Signatures Setting: A new feature has been added to the Remote Payroll System Settings, named "Clear Signature." With this setting enabled, any edits made to an employee's time for the pay period will result in their original signature being deleted, requiring a new signature to confirm the updated time entries.
iPaaS
Bug Fixes:
- Message Broker Factory Error: We've resolved the "Message Broker Factory Error" that occurred when exporting invoices. Now, instead of a generic error message, you will receive more descriptive error messages, helping you better understand any issues.
- Autodesk Job Sync Fix: We have fixed a bug where jobs created in Autodesk failed to sync to hh2. Jobs now successfully sync from Autodesk to hh2 without errors.
ERP
Bug Fixes:
- Sage 300 -Employee Email Address Sync: Previously, employee email addresses were not syncing during a full-time sync with Sage 300. We've corrected this issue so that now all employee data, including email addresses, will correctly sync from the accounting system to hh2, provided all sub-mappings are enabled in the sync client.
