Some of ClockShark’s drawbacks include the cost, which may be pricier although they do have a free trial available. There is also a steeper learning curve when it comes to learning and understanding the ins and outs of the software.

BusyBusy is another time tracking app that is specifically designed to serve construction teams. It has a time clock that is accurate across any device and unique geofencing capabilities. Rather than selecting a range for GPS tracking, geofencing allows you to drag a circle on the app of your radius of work and it's quite easy and intuitive to use. It also has a photo verification feature that helps eliminate buddy punching.  

BusyBusy integrates with Quickbooks Desktop, Viewpoint, Sage, Foundation Software, Procore, and ADP. Its other features include PTO tracking, overtime alerts, and scheduling to name a few. Despite the helpful features,  it also has some drawbacks that are worth considering. 

For example, some complain that the app’s scheduling feature isn’t as user-friendly as they would like. The user interface doesn’t have the same visual appeal as its other competitors. It also has limited integration capabilities, and other reviews suggest that customer support has slow response times, making it difficult to get help in a timely manner.
