Client Growth Account Executive

Are you an inside sales account executive who knows how to close business and crush their revenue targets? If you’re a hunter who loves to generate outbound prospects and qualify inbound leads, we need to talk.  
hh2 is looking for a rockstar Client Growth Account Executive to drive the next phase of growth through outbound prospecting into a captive audience of current customers.

Be aware, this role is fast paced, hard driving, and setup to help you win - you just need to bring the hunter-mentality-won't-lose-energy and hustle.  

What you will do: 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The expectation is 50 dials per day average. 
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the Sales team regularly 
  • Own strategies to increase the revenue by cross selling and upselling  
  • Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned hh2 clients 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

What you will need
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally selling SaaS to the Construction market), and a passion for delivering great service to your clients
  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars is preferred
  • Exceptional ability to demo and address customers’ needs
  • Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as client-facing presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • High attention to detail and a consultative, highly tailored client experience
  • Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proven leadership experience with an interest in long-term growth
  • Team-player mentality. 
  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
