We’re looking for a Channel Partner Account Manager to strengthen our Channel Partner network, drive growth through strategic alliances, and ensure our partners succeed in delivering value to construction businesses. As a Channel Partner Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue through partner referrals for our Construction SaaS platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Sales Management and Development: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in the Construction industry.
  • Revenue Growth: Work closely with partners to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Enablement & Training: Provide workshops, hh2 product demonstration, ongoing training, sales tools, and support to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and implement our platform.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Monitor partner sales pipelines, track performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, events, and promotions that drive partner success.
  • Feedback & Product Collaboration: Gather insights from partners to help understand industry trends, improve our product, integrations, and competitive insight.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel/partner account management, Construction technology sales, Payroll Software, ERP sales, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Acumatica, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE, Vista Viewpoint, and Spectrum Viewpoint.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner-driven sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and drive partner performance.
  • Experience working with construction technology or Accounting VAR networks is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
