WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiations. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple opportunities to achieve sales targets and quotas.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand their business objectives, pain points, and challenges to position our software solutions effectively.

  • Solution Presentations: Conduct product discovery meetings and demonstrations/presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software products and highlight how they address specific client needs.

  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Sales Reporting: Keep thorough records of sales activities through Salesforce and Gong. 

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, quarterly quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 2 years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience (ideally selling SaaS to the Construction market), and a drive to exceed expectations.

  • Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as client-facing presentation skills.

  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • High attention to detail and a consultative, highly tailored client experience.

  • Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Proven leadership experience with an interest in long-term growth
